I don't really see a lot of similarity in the two relationships, however there are similarities between the two women and the two men. Both men are high ranking dudes who married young pretty wives. That's it. Otherwise, they're really different. Which is why Shakespeare put them in to act as foils towards each other. Portia and Brutus's relationship is more...equal. Portia loves Brutus as much as he loves her back. Their marriage is one of love since he is able to take her opinion into account. Which Caesar fails to do. Calpurnia is ridiculed in public by her husband. Her crime? Trying to save his life. I can just feel the love between them.

the similarity is that they both care for their husbands and they are both loyal to them...differences are hard to find...
