Are u street smart or book smart?

I think i am book smart but street smart too. I don't think i lack street smart because i dont go around buying lucky stones like ms boyd haha (jkjk!) in the book escape from camp 14, Shin lacked street smart that he gave away his winter coat. While I was reading that, I right away knew that the guys was suspicious. So, I think I have both.

I don't even clearly know how u justify if ur book smart of street smart. If I have to find it out, I guess im more of a book smart guy. As Ms. Boyd said, we all are book smart I guess. What I learned about street smart is like knowing a lot of social convention or something similar. I'm not sure... it's confusing.

I think I am about 70% book smart and no street smart. Haha. Rest 30% is to fill up in the future. Because I still didn't finish my high school or my college. And I have never been into society and real world. My only real world is school, so I can't say I am street smart. Rest 30% can be all book smart or all street smart or they can share some portions.

But in conclusion, I am more of book smart than a street smart, till now. I don't know how things will change in the future, but in my prediction, I think I would be more and more like a book smart because as many people know, and many people said I lack common sense, which I disagree. I am going to earn them somehow in the future but I think it would be hard. I would rather be book smart.

I would say I'm neither book nor street smart, but I think I am more book smart than street. I don't know who things go outside. Well I've heard of it, but I did not witness with my eyes. When I grow up, I'll probably have more chance to learn about the 'society'.

I think 80% is book smart and 20% is street smart. I don¡¯t know how society works, except that everyone should work hard to success. I don¡¯t know how to pay taxes, how to buy homes, manage electricity bill, etc. I¡¯m sure I will face a hard time getting used to society.

I'm 100% book smart. But it's not that I have no street smarts or anything, it's just that I rely too much on other people. An example is that when I'm walking somewhere with my parents, I rely on them to tell me whether the lights are red or green or whether it's safe to walk or not. But when I'm alone I'm much more aware of my surroundings and capable of making decisions.

But maybe this is just me trying to justify my apparent lack of street smarts.

im suck at both. i cant say hi to a stranger cuz im being so nervous. even i could say hi, i really need courage. and also im not smart for studying. i HATE studying. but honestly i think im kind of on the street smart side more than book smart side thou.

I'd say that I'm neither, seriously these days i feel worthless and so stupid, and like I look at the others and compare myself to them and I start feeling even worse. I'm not street smart either, like if a man comes up to me and asks for directions I would probably just walk away like if he was somesort of a stalker becuse I'm just a wild child who hasnt been exposed to the outside world

I agree with u Akari. Sucks at both side. I try to give my best all the time, But i don't think i have ever successful.

I am probably book smart. I read and study to gain knowledge. I don't think i have good street smartness. I think i am dumb when it comes to being smart in the street. I might trust a complete stranger and help him without thinking whether i might get into danger or not.
