Hi guys! Recently, we read Act 3 on Julius Caesar. There were alot of things that happened, like Caesar being killed. One thing that was really funny to me was the citizens. In the funeral of Julius Caesar, Brutus first came up and said he killed Caesar for Rome. When he said that, the citizens all understood him and honored Brutus. But when Antony came up and said his thoughts, the citizens changed their mind again and decided to rebel against Brutus and the people who killed Caesar.
So, this is my question. Do you change your minds easily like this?
I change my minds very easily, especially when it comes to choosing foods. When I go to places like food store, all of my friends get mad at me because I change my menu every second, which takes me like 15 minutes to choose what I want to eat.

I don't think I can say that I do or do not change my mind easily. It depends on the situation. So yea, like when I have to decide today's menu for dinner, I tend to easily change my mind once I start to think that maybe the other thing would be better. But when it comes up to deciding maybe what movie I want to go watch, I don't get dissuaded that easily. I somehow end up sticking to the movie I chose at the first place. So for me it really depends on the situation whether I tend to change my mind easily or not.
Ha.. For me, I'm more like I can't make up my mind at all, at least u guys make up u guys' mind haha. So if I do make up my mind, I think I'm just like u, I think I change my mind pretty easily. Especially when I have like free time, I can't really decide what to do and by the time when I hav two places to go, I can't choose which one to go. Also, just like u, I change my mind when I have to choose menu for my meal.
I think that this really depends on situation, just like how Luke said. If I am ordering food I don't really think and then change my mind to something else. But if I was in a situation where there was 2 choices i would maybe do one or the other.

I think I can connect the citizens in the play with myself because I change my mind quickly especially if a person with authority or higher position than mine tells me something. It depends on the situation and personalities. But it happens more often whenever people go with the majority and easily believe what medias (professionals) spread. I think this kind of common situations was what Shakespeare was trying to convey.
For me, i change my mind very easily as long as it makes sense. I can kinda understand how the commoners think. Once we hear something that's convincing, then we tend to agree with it. Sometime i end up not deciding anything. One side makes a very strong argument while the other side convinces persuasively.
For me i cant even make a choice because when i do something i want to do other things also but i cant do many things at the same time, so i have to choose only one thing to do. When i finally choose something to choose i regret it and try to move to another, as soon as i dont like my second choice i want my first one back, it goes on and on haha.
I don't really change my mind easily. Whenever I want something or I want to do something, I stick with that plan until the end; no one can change my mind. I used to be a person who can be easily persuaded by other people around me but one time in my life, my friend tricked me by telling me to change my mind from something and that got me into a really big trouble, so I learn to trust myself more than anyone. Especially when I'm training in Cube and there are competitions around me everyday, no one is your true friend and you always have to watch your back. The best solution is to stick to your goals and don't be easily persuade by others who wants to bring you down.

I do change my mind a lot especially when I choose what food I will eat and what I will do in group project. I test different options (consequence, result, other¡¯s reaction, etc.) and choose the most suitable one. There is a problem because I feel that one decision is better in one part while the other decisions are good at other part. If I am in group, I don¡¯t choose a decision made by the majorities; I choose what I want. There is also an occasion where I don¡¯t make up a decision if one superior person gives a thesis and I think it is right.
I can connect citizens¡¯ change of mind to one protest that happened five years ago. There was this protest where lots of Koreans opposed import of American beef because of mad cow disease. I was afraid of getting mad cow disease if I eat American beef. Few months later, my fear was gone after I knew that communists (I am referring to left-hand political group in here) made anti-American propaganda. People changed their idea and became calm. After this protest, people thoroughly checked news in SNS to see if it the news is serious.

For me, I don't usually change my mind easily, because I follow my mind until my goal ends. When I read Scene 3 from Julius Caesar, I was quite surprised by the citizens' reaction with both Brutus and Antony's speech, because they changed their mind very easily. If I were one of them, I would've set my mind and don't get persuaded easily unless their persuasion was very reasonable.

Even though I try to stay impartial all the times, I can't help but be swayed by the majority. I'm usually swayed by the news and internet. For example, if I see a news about a bad rumor of a celebrity, I quickly change my mind and judge that celebrity. When it is confirmed that the person is innocent, I change my mind again. My goal is changed easily by my parents and friends too. When I was young, I wanted to be an artist because of my friend. Later, I changed my goal to become a teacher because of my parents. Now, I changed my mind again, and I am now confused of what I want to become.
For me, I usually change my mind easily. For example, I'm enjoying playing my clarinet until I watched someone in youtube video play an awesome flute solo. This makes me want to change clarinet to flute because flute produces more quiet and calm sound. If I choose flute, I might want to change it to violin because I wouldn't have a hard time in breathing while playing the instrument. If I choose violin, I might want to change violin to trumpet because it produces bigger sound. I'm kind of a person who always changes his mind.

Haha it is funny cause sometimes i do the same thing that you do esther lolol, usually happens when i go to a really good restaurant. But besides that, i usually dont want to be easily persuaded however, even though i try not to get persuaded at the end, i change my mind anyways. Exceptions are some of my strong beliefs that will never change, such as killing is always bad.
Oh my god. I do the same thing too! My family often gets really mad because choosing food takes long time for me. It takes like 15 minutes for food and 15 minutes for drink. So whenever they get mad, I choose randomly, by pressure. I can't decide things easily, and I think that is why I have hard time choosing food and my major in college.
I easily change my mind. I change so easily, people call me flappy ear? In Korean, it is called palanggui. It means that I change my mind so much, like every time I hear things, I change my mind. Through this, my sister and family tricked me a lot. Because of them, I had to make bad choices. Even though it isn't their fault, they shouldn't do that, right? Anyway, I am really fickle. I think everyone, maybe most of us, has same problems like me.
