As I researched, I found out that black represents end and death. I think this color would be the color of the last door since it represents death in life cycle.

While, red might mean blood,or death, i think it is also important to not that red also represents passion, and love, It can represent both death and youth(passionate)

Hi guys as long as I know I am not a good student but I am trying hard to improve and here is an example...
The first, blue symbolizing birth, purple being the developmental stage of life, green for the nourishment also associated with the development. The orange room represents the setting of the sun, the end of the day or life leading to the white room for the ascension into heaven. The seventh and final room being black velvet represents death. It is in the seventh room that draws a feeling of fear among the prince’s guests and is avoided. The room is entirely decorated in black except for the window panes which were that of a scarlet or deep blood color. And the fires outside lights up the room which makes it look like hell... it looks like the entire room is on fire...
